1. Refund Eligibility (30-Day Policy)

Omnivo offers a 30-day limited refund policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Fair Usage Policy (Important)

IPTV subscriptions must not be purchased with the intention of:

  • Using the service for free for up to 30 days

  • Requesting a refund after extensive or unfair usage

If our team determines that the service was used unfairly, excessively, or with refund abuse intent, the refund request will be rejected.

3. Mandatory Issue Explanation

  • Refund requests without a clear explanation or valid reason will not be accepted.

  • Users must clearly describe the issue they are facing.

4. Technical Issue Resolution First

If a user requests a refund due to an issue that:

  • Can be resolved by our support team, and

  • Allows the IPTV service to work properly after resolution

Users are required to contact support first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.

5. Content Availability Condition (7-Day Rule)

  • If a user is unable to access specific content they expected:

    • The issue must be reported within 7 days of purchase

    • After verification, a refund may be issued

    Requests made after 7 days regarding missing content will not qualify for a refund.

6. Buffering & Performance Issues

A refund may be granted if:

  • Persistent buffering or performance issues occur, AND

  • The issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved by our team

Internet speed, device compatibility, and local network conditions may affect performance and are considered during evaluation.

7. Personal Reason Refunds

If a user no longer wishes to continue using IPTV services due to personal reasons:

  • The reason must be clearly explained

  • Omnivo reserves the right to evaluate the request

If the reason is considered valid, a refund may be approved.

8. Partial Refund Policy (Very Important)

All approved refunds are subject to a 40% deduction.

  • Only 60% of the paid amount will be refunded

  • The remaining 40% covers:

    • Subscription activation costs

    • Used service time

    • Payment gateway fees

    • Internal operational expenses

This deduction applies to all refund cases without exception.

9. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The service was used unfairly

  • No issue explanation is provided

  • Issues could be resolved but user refused support

  • Requests violate Omnivo’s policies

10. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

11. Final Decision

Omnivo reserves the final right to approve or deny any refund request based on policy compliance.
